Our selection of event and exhibitions not to miss this month.

FOG Performing Arts Festival

Where: Triennale Milano
When: From 8 February to 7 May 2025

The eighth edition of the festival brings the best of international performing arts to Milan, featuring a program that spans theater, dance, performance, and music. Established and emerging artists come together in a dialogue between experimentation and tradition, making Triennale Milano a key hub for the contemporary scene.

Cosmografia

Where: BUILDING
When: Until 22 February 2025

Giorgio Vigna’s exhibition explores a world between reality and imagination, with water as a symbol of life and transformation. The Cosmographies (1982-2023) combine two and three-dimensional dimensions, creating organic forms and transparent meteorites. Materials like paper, glass, and copper highlight transformation and the connection between microcosm and macrocosm.

Ode to Transience

Where: Tempesta Gallery
When: Until 21 March 2025

For the first time in Italy, Zhenlin Zhang presents a series of oil paintings that explore separation, memory, and impermanence. Inspired by Tibetan traditions, the artist reflects on the delicate balance between hope and solitude, turning personal experiences into a universal meditation on life’s transience.

Museo del Design Italiano. Forme mobili⁣

Where: Triennale Milano
When: Until 13 April 2025

A journey that explores movement as a design-driven action, investigating the relationship between body and silhouette, gesture and structure. Triennale’s collections are organized into ten sections, enriched by three new thematic areas: fashion, in dialogue with the museum’s works; nautical design, blending craftsmanship and interior culture; and illustration for magazines and newspapers.

Fat Boy

Where: Antonia Jannone Disegni di Architettura
When: Until 28 February 2025

Christoph Radl presents a series of 60 watercolors inspired by Mimbres ceramics, an ancient pre-Columbian culture. His works tell a journey through art, with the character Fat Boy interacting with the great Masters from Raphael to Cattelan. The project explores the decorated worlds of Mimbres ceramics, which often held ritualistic meanings. A playful and irreverent path that traverses art history without temporal or geographical boundaries.

Creazione

Where: BUILDING
When: Until 22 March 2025

The exhibition presents Bizhan Bassiri’s works for the first time in Milan, exploring an ancestral dimension through sculptures, paintings, and drawings. Displayed across three floors, the works feature distinctive color schemes: red, blue, and black. Bassiri blends Western and Eastern art, addressing themes like the transformation of matter and light as an entity.
