On the occasion of Milan Design Week, MAM presents GAIA, a monumental sculptural installation unveiled in its new flagship store in the Brera Design District
Conceived as an embodiment of Mother Earth, GAIA explores themes of origin, consciousness, and balance — a living force that connects and sustains all forms of life.
Sculpted in silver, the installation transforms the lower level into an immersive and contemplative environment, where light and material interact to create a strong visual presence.
At an architectural scale, silver gives form to a symbolic figure representing nature as both origin and reflection. In a gesture of self-observation, GAIA faces herself, inviting visitors to engage with their own perception.
Through this project, MAM reinforces its dialogue between art, design, and identity, proposing an experience that invites reflection and reconnection.
