During Milan Design Week, NOËL & MARQUET unveiled Galerie Rouge, its first independent exhibition space – an immersive installation in the heart of Brera.
For that year’s Milan Design Week, and for the first time in its own space at Fuorisalone, the Belgian manufacturer of premium decorative elements, NOËL & MARQUET, opened an exclusive pop-up exhibit in collaboration with the Milan-based design collective, studioutte. Located in the heart of the Brera Design District, Via Statuto 12, Galerie Rouge opened its doors for the public to discover and enjoy.

Galerie Rouge
“Designed as a multisensory “jewel box” concept, the installation invites visitors into an immersive experience illustrating the decorative power of the NOËL & MARQUET collection” explain the project’s designers from studioutte. Capturing the essence of a classic glyptotheque with a resolutely modern twist, the conceptual space’s monochromatic and symmetrical design plunges visitors into a tranquil and warm burgundy cocoon where decorative mouldings are displayed like sculptures around a room lined from top to bottom with wall panels. A unique design exploration where light, colour, sound, textures and materials heighten the senses and challenge our preconceptions of contemporary wall decor.

Relive this unique exhibition on social media and on the NOËL & MARQUET website.
