Fim Umbrellas and Coro Italia return to the Biblioteca Umanistica dell’Incoronata with Chiaroscuro, an installation designed by 967arch and featuring an exclusive collaboration with Etro Home Textile.
Fim Umbrellas and Coro Italia are proud to return to the Biblioteca Umanistica dell’Incoronata with Chiaroscuro. Curated and designed by 967arch, the companies’ Art Director, the installation is a collective project that highlights the power of collaboration between companies, designers, and professionals to communicate Fim and Coro’s outdoor vision and their artistic, cultural, and ethical values.
Among the collaborations, the most significant is the partnership between Fim and Etro Home Textile, born from the desire to dress Fim’s umbrellas with the iconic fabrics of the Milanese brand. At the entrance of the Biblioteca, two umbrellas will be showcased, specially crafted with Arnica, the emblematic fabric celebrating its 40th anniversary.
The installation unfolds through the spaces of the Biblioteca and the outdoor area. The landscape design is entrusted to Silvia Ghirelli. The open-air lobby will host the Ambience umbrella collection, featuring a new graphic concept by Marialaura Irvine. The Sala degli Archi will showcase the new Coro Italia’s Terraferma collection, designed by 967arch.
Art will also play a key role, thanks to Galleria Giovanni Bonelli, which will curate a selection of artworks to engage in dialogue with the design pieces on display.
