Smeg Flagship Store Moscova

The flagship store in Via della Moscova covers an exhibition area of no less than 700 square metres, articulated on three floors and fitted out with natural materials such as glass, oak wood and travertine, emphasised in their warm essentiality by the strength of the light that, penetrating from the windows open onto Brera, enhances the spaces and illuminates the founding element of the restyling: a luxuriant vertical garden eight metres high in itself, capable of giving impetus to the building's structural warp.

The vertical garden was created by the company Peverelli, which has brought prestige to the city of Milan with the award-winning Bosco verticale, innovative architecture in its relationship with nature, which has redeveloped the city's new skyline.

The project, by architects Matteo Bazzicalupo and Raffaella Mangiarotti of the deepdesign studio, in collaboration with Edoardo Radice, places the scenography of the spaces at the service of the product, the true and only protagonist of the exhibition. In this space, the most authentic Made in Italy is highlighted, combining sustainable technology and high-level design in a perfect synthesis of form and content.
