Mamma Grazia with her 5 children, the famous "uncle", the sisters-in-law, the nephews, in short the whole big family, is employed in force between kitchen and tables: delicious buffalo mozzarella; the typical Cilento stuffed aubergines; paccheri with sauce and buffalo mozzarella, tagliatelle with meat sauce; pasta and chickpeas; lemon escalopes with mash; and then excellent meatballs, cutlets, baked rump, aubergine parmigiana, roast potatoes, many vegetables...
