Grassi Carlo

Our shop was born in the second half of the 1800's, probably in the 1869/70's, as a glazier, framer and housewares with the sign "Castelli".
In 1925 CARLO GRASSI, helped by his sons Eraldo and Pietro, took over the business, which was then continued by Pietro alone.
Then, at different times, his sons Carlo and Enrico entered the business.
Today, Marcello, Enrico's son, makes frames in all styles, hand carved, gilded in pure gold, shellac-polished solid wood using the pad technique but also simple and extremely modern profiles. An accurate consulting service is of course offered.
