L’isola del giorno prima is an exhibition and educational project dedicated to the work and thought of Umberto Eco.
The exhibition presents original images from the novel L’isola del giorno prima, drawn from Eco’s collection of antique books and the collections of the Biblioteca Braidense, together with digital reconstructions and the author’s preparatory works.
The exhibition offers a journey through time spanning literature, history, science and voyages across the South Seas.
