IT MILANO

IT Milano reopens in the heart of Brera, the third location for the IT group in the Lombard capital after IT Maison and ByIT. After a period of closure, the historic Milanese nightlife landmark returns with a new look, where food becomes the true star of a contemporary experience designed to accompany guests from dinner until late at night. A fusion restaurant with an international flavour that focuses on the quality of ingredients and the pleasure of dining, following the logic of sharing, with cuisine rooted in the local area but open to influences from around the world.
The menu, created by the IT group's Executive Chef, Romualdo Palladino, with the support of Head Chef Alex Pochynok, has its roots in Italian tradition, influenced by Hispanic and Asian influences. A dialogue between cultures that revolves around the concept of conviviality, bringing the sharing of dishes and socialising back to the forefront. 
The restaurant, located in the basement with a shared entrance with the ByIT cocktail bar, welcomes guests into a cosy and enveloping space. The interior design, characterised by warm tones, natural materials and soft lighting, is designed to enhance the dining experience. The music accompanies the evening discreetly, gradually intensifying and fading into the after-dinner atmosphere.
