LIBRERIA ANTIQUARIA MEDIOLANUM was founded in Milan in 1925 by Ernesto Pozzi and is the oldest antiquarian bookshop in Milan. Always directed by the Pozzi family, now in its fourth generation, it has always tried to offer the most significant and rare texts in the history of man's thought without neglecting works of study and culture.
Its fund has 20,000 volumes, from the oldest codices, to incunabula, to editions from '500 to '900. On its shelves you can find books on literature, history, economics, art, architecture, science, medicine, geography and travel. A special care is dedicated to the beautiful editions of the Italian Renaissance, picture books and important bindings.
Other areas of activity include decorative prints, city views and maps, with special attention to rare cartography, and autographs of famous people of the past.
