The fact of never being satisfied shows how the staff of this reality is committed to improving its offer on a daily basis, despite the fact that it is an activity already consolidated and appreciated by many. But the Pasticceria Ranieri in Milan is based on a very precise philosophy that never allows you to feel you have arrived. It is since 1967 that the activity continues to churn out new delicacies, starting from traditional recipes to the proposal of some variations. The long path that led to today's success began with the meeting between the eclectic William Parenti and the two master confectioners Francesco Rana and Giovanni Rovelli. Thanks to the union of these talents, the confectioner's shop can today be considered the reference point for the high confectionery in Milan and beyond.
The love for the white art has joined the creativity of people who love their craft and who know how to give a certain originality to every creation, without ever leaving in the background that refinement that from the first day distinguishes the different productions of the Ranieri Confectionery in Milan. On the basis of these premises the activity has become an authentic historical place, but also a reference point for the whole city. The recipes invented in this place have then acquired a certain notoriety even beyond Milan. Think of the now famous pineapple panettone, without forgetting the "Do di Petto ®", the "Fior di Bosco", the fruit soup and many other tasty dishes.
