The Cirmolo, a reference point in the 80s for lovers of antiques and rustic furniture, changed location in the early 2000s and moved from the historic district of Sant'Ambrogio to the more bohemian district of Brera. In the new location, the Cirmolo specializes in vintage and modern objects becoming a unique reality for collectors and enthusiasts. The Cirmolo, in its current guise, is the result of the passion and research of Matteo Giannelli who personally selects every piece in the shop: from industrial and design furniture, to enameled signs of the mid 20th century, to letters and luminous signs of the second half of the 20th century, to the rubber puppets of the ledraplastic and rubbertoys of the '60s and '70s, up to the American bijotteria of the '50s and '60s by Trifari Lisner, and Coro. Among the unique pieces that recall the family tradition are the candlesticks in English old sheffield from the end of the 18th century to the beginning of the 19th century, and the English white and blue printed pottery from the 19th century, together with a vast collection of teapots of all types.
