Since the start of demolition work today only a few ruins remain of the Torre Treves<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Here we are again in Largo Treves 1, which recently saw the demolition of its second building, the iconic Torre Treves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, when Largo Treves was still called Largo Notari, the first headquarter of the Bocconi University was built, later demolished for the construction of the Milan City Council office building designed by architect Arrigo Arrighetti around 1955.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tower had nine floors but today nothing remains of them except the great void it leaves in the Brera district and in the city of Milan, which loses another iconic place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was not appreciated by everyone but it made people talk about it, especially with the Fuorisalone 2023 edition that made it a protagonist with the work curated by Agostino Iacurci for the glo for art event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we still do not know what the new building that will be constructed by Stella RE will look like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All we know is that it will also be a nine-storey residential building according to the design of architect Matteo Giuseppe Paloschi of M2P Architetti Associati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to getting to know the new face of Largo Treves 1, hoping that it will not disappoint our expectations!<\/p>\n","protected":false,"raw":"\n\n\n

Ci ritroviamo di nuovo in Largo Treves 1, che ha recentemente visto la demolizione del suo secondo edificio, l\u2019iconica Torre Treves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando infatti ancora Largo Treves si chiamava Largo Notari, fu edificata la prima sede dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 Bocconi, successivamente demolita per la costruzione della sede  degli uffici del Comune di Milano progettata dall\u2019architetto Arrigo Arrighetti intorno al 1955.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Torre contava 9 piani ma oggi di loro non resta nulla se non solo il grande vuoto che lascia nel distretto di Brera e nella citt\u00e0 di Milano che perde un altro luogo iconico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non era da tutti molto apprezzata ma faceva parlare di s\u00e9, in particolar modo con l\u2019edizione del Fuorisalone 2023 che l\u2019ha resa protagonista con l\u2019opera a cura di Agostino Iacurci per l\u2019evento glo for art. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad oggi non sappiamo ancora quale sar\u00e0 l\u2019aspetto dell\u2019edificio che arriver\u00e0 e che verr\u00e0 costruito da Stella RE, che ha acquistato l\u2019immobile alla fine del 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sappiamo solo che sar\u00e0 un edificio residenziale anch\u2019esso di 9 piani  secondo il progetto dell\u2019architetto Matteo Giuseppe Paloschi, di M2P Architetti Associati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
