Open to the public from April 21st to 26th 2026, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Chapter I: On the Plaid<\/em> is devoted to the plaid as a central element of the interior vocabulary. Since the mid-1980s, plaids, alongside scarves, were among the House\u2019s first finished products. From the beginning, they have served as a field of experimentation, where materials and weaving techniques could be explored with creative freedom and precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Studies<\/em> approaches interior design through focused case studies, each examining a specific object, function or use, and reflects the ethos of the House through the study of its processes. Central to Loro Piana\u2019s identity, these elements are shown alongside the processes that transform them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Historic symbols and graphic elements sourced from the House archives reappear throughout the selection, translated into contemporary compositions. Dalla met\u00e0 degli anni '80, i plaid, insieme alle sciarpe, sono stati tra i primi prodotti finiti della <em>Maison<\/em>. Fin dall'inizio, sono serviti come campo di sperimentazione, dove materiali e tecniche di tessitura potevano essere esplorati con libert\u00e0 creativa e precisione.<em>&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><em>Studies<\/em> approccia l'interior design attraverso approfondimenti mirati, ciascuno incentrato sull\u2019analisi di un oggetto, di una funzione o di un uso specifico, e riflette l'etica della <em>Maison<\/em> attraverso lo studio dei suoi processi. I visitatori incontrano una serie di ventiquattro plaid, ognuno presentato come uno studio individuale. L'esposizione adotta un linguaggio curatoriale, concentrandosi sui pezzi finiti e rivelando al contempo la materia prima da cui hanno origine: fibra e filato. Centrali per l\u2019identit\u00e0 di Loro Piana, questi elementi vengono mostrati insieme ai processi che li trasformano.\u00a0<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Simboli storici ed elementi grafici provenienti dagli archivi della <em>Maison<\/em> riappaiono nella selezione, tradotti in composizioni contemporanee.
