From temple of design to trend observatory at Fuorisalone 2026<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the heart of Porta Nuova, Materia 2.0<\/strong> confirms its place among the must-visit destinations of Design Week 2026, evolving from a materials library into a privileged observatory. In collaboration with Fuorisalone.it and Brera Design District, Materia 2.0 will be among the key interpreters of emerging design languages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The space at Via Marco Polo 9 will host an immersive journey that interprets the theme \u201cBe the Project\u201d through 12 moodboards<\/strong>, two of which are oversized. New design languages are explored, transforming products, materials, and textures into a three-dimensional narrative. The moodboards thus become autonomous exhibition elements, capable of translating insights and experimentation into concrete visions of contemporary and future living.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the 500 sqm materioteca, visitors are guided through a dialogue between natural, industrial, artisanal, and regenerated materials. For the occasion, the space will also be enriched with new product categories: plaster and concrete reinterpreted in a contemporary key, polystyrene in unexpected forms, acrylic and mineral-based composites, products derived from recycled textile waste, and lightweight cocciopesto slabs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Completing the experience, a photographic volume of over 300 pages collects ten years of research across more than 500 manufacturers, standing as a manifesto that brings together memory and future vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Materia 2.0 thus establishes itself as a cultural and design hub, capable of connecting material, research, and innovation, offering designers and architects a tangible space for inspiration and experimentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo spazio di via Marco Polo 9 ospiter\u00e0 un percorso immersivo che interpreta il tema \u201cEssere Progetto\u201d attraverso 12 moodboard<\/strong>, di cui due fuori scala. Vengono esplorati i nuovi linguaggi del design, trasformando prodotti, materiali e texture in una narrazione tridimensionale. Le moodboard si configurano cos\u00ec come elementi espositivi autonomi, in grado di tradurre intuizioni e sperimentazioni in visioni concrete dell\u2019abitare contemporaneo e futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All\u2019interno dei 500 mq della materioteca, il visitatore \u00e8 guidato in un dialogo tra materiali naturali, industriali, artigianali e rigenerati. Lo spazio sar\u00e0 inoltre arricchito per l\u2019occasione con nuove categorie di prodotto: gesso e cemento riletti in chiave contemporanea, polistirolo in forme inedite, compositi a base acrilica e minerale, prodotti derivati dal riuso di scarti tessili, lastre in cocciopesto alleggerito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A completare l\u2019esperienza, un volume fotografico di oltre 300 pagine raccoglie dieci anni di ricerca su oltre 500 produttori, configurandosi come un manifesto che unisce memoria e visione futura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
