Hosted at FENIX Scenario, ArchiThoughts\u2013ArchiTouch is the third chapter of the exhibition curated by Federica Sala bringing together six international architecture studios<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Arpa<\/strong>\u00ae \u2013 together with the Broadview Materials brands FENIX\u00ae, Formica\u00ae, Homapal\u00ae and Getacore\u00ae \u2013 presents a preview of ArchiThoughts\u2013ArchiTouch, <\/strong>the third chapter of the exhibition curated by Federica Sala <\/strong>and hosted at FENIX Scenario <\/strong>in Foro Buonaparte 66 during Milan Design Week 2026. The exhibition brings together six international architecture studios \u2013\u00a0Marion Mailaender, Parasite 2.0, RedDuo Studio, STORAGEMILANO, Studio GGSV and ZIMMER \u2013 within an installation designed by the architecture studio (AB)NORMAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ArchiThoughts\u2013ArchiTouch continues the research started by Musa and Federica Sala in 2024, involving Broadview Materials brands in exploring the role of surfaces and materials within contemporary interior design through collaborations with Italian and international designers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exhibition marks a significant moment in the Arpa\u00ae <\/strong>brand\u2019s journey. Since its origins, Arpa\u00ae specialises in the creation of high-pressure laminate surfaces Made in Italy<\/strong>, distinguished by the design quality and the attention to the depth and refinement of its finishes. Over time, Arpa\u00ae has developed a material culture capable of combining aesthetic research, technical innovation, and design sensitivity<\/strong>, offering surfaces conceived to interpret architectural and interior design spaces in a contemporary way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a preview of the exhibition, the projects Open Volume by RedDuo Studio<\/strong>, an interior design studio founded in Milan by Fabiola di Virgilio and Andrea Rosso<\/strong>; and Lauze by ZIMMER<\/strong>, an architecture studio founded in Milan in 2019 by Federico Panella<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Volume<\/strong> is an object that combines sound, material, and conviviality in a compact, transformable sculptural presence. When closed, it appears as a monolith \u2013 compact and precise, defined by rigorous proportions. With a gesture, the structure opens: the doors transform into speaker panels, and the volume becomes rhythm, while a hidden bar compartment invites sharing and conversation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lauze<\/strong> is a vertical luminous structure that revisits the theme of micro-architectures by interpreting the constructive logic of stone laying<\/strong>. Each element is placed alongside the others, resulting in slight shifts, minimal variations, and micro misalignments according to the principle of manual arrangement. These imperfections and errors become a measured system, giving rise to a deep visual rhythm and a layered volume.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ArchiThoughts-ArchiTouch si inserisce in un percorso di ricerca avviato nel 2024 da Musa insieme a Federica Sala, che ha coinvolto i brand di Broadview Materials nell\u2019indagine sul ruolo delle superfici e dei materiali all\u2019interno del panorama contemporaneo dell\u2019interior design, grazie alla collaborazione con progettisti italiani e internazionali, diversi ogni anno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019installazione rappresenta un momento significativo nel percorso di Arpa\u00ae<\/strong>, un brand che fin dalla sua origine si \u00e8 specializzato nella creazione di superfici in laminato ad alta pressione completamente Made in Italy<\/strong>, distinguendosi per la qualit\u00e0 progettuale e per l\u2019attenzione alla profondit\u00e0 e alla raffinatezza delle finiture. Nel tempo, Arpa\u00ae ha sviluppato una cultura del materiale capace di coniugare ricerca estetica, innovazione tecnica e sensibilit\u00e0 progettuale<\/strong>, offrendo superfici pensate per interpretare in modo contemporaneo gli spazi dell\u2019architettura e dell\u2019interior design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad anticipare la mostra il progetto Open Volume,<\/em><\/strong> disegnato dallo studio creativo di interior design RedDuo Studio, fondato da Fabiola di Virgilio e Andrea Rosso a Milano<\/strong> e il progetto Lauze<\/em><\/strong>, firmato da ZIMMER, studio di architettura fondato a Milano nel 2019 da Federico Panella.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open Volume<\/strong> si presenta come un oggetto che unisce suono, materia e convivialit\u00e0 in una presenza scultorea compatta e trasformabile. Da chiuso, appare come un monolite, compatto e preciso, definito da proporzioni rigorose. Con un gesto, la struttura si apre: le ante si trasformano in pannelli speaker e il volume diventa ritmo, mentre un vano bar nascosto invita alla condivisione e alla conversazione.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lauze <\/strong>\u00e8 una struttura luminosa verticale che riprende il tema delle microarchitetture interpretando la logica costruttiva della posa in pietra<\/strong>. Ogni elemento viene accostato insieme agli altri generando lievi scarti, minime variazioni e micro-disallineamenti secondo il principio dell\u2019affiancamento manuale. Queste imperfezioni ed errori diventano un sistema misurato dando vita a un ritmo visivo profondo e a un volume stratificato.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
