As part of the Orizzonti<\/em> project at Brera Design Apartment, Rezina explores new expressive possibilities for decorative materials, bringing tactile surfaces, natural hues, and innovative finishes into an authentic living environment. In this interview, the company shares the value of working on a collective project, where matter becomes a storytelling tool and interior design turns into an immersive experience of color, texture, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why did the company decide to participate in the project?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Taking part in the creation of a real home is a stimulating opportunity for us, as we believe materials should be appreciated within a warm and welcoming environment. It is only in a real living space that clients can fully experience the technical, aesthetic, and tactile qualities of our products. Moreover, this experience allows us to concretely demonstrate the durability and reliability of our solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How has the concept of contemporary living evolved for the company, and what are the key elements behind your new products?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In the past, materials like ours were mainly chosen to enhance floors and walls with decorative aesthetics. Today, however, these materials have become integral to the interior design project itself, contributing to the atmosphere and overall design of the space. As a result, we are seeing increased demand for bold colors that “dress” the walls and for textured finishes that add depth and character to interiors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, there is growing interest in materials that are as natural as possible\u2014both in composition and color. Our company is constantly researching innovative solutions that respond to this need, favoring authentic pigmentation derived from natural sources such as spices, flowers, and vegetables. A concrete example of this approach is our new paint Speziati, created using natural dyes derived precisely from the world of spices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What brand values do you see reflected in the project?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our brand is defined by attention to detail and the ability to integrate elegantly into design projects where every element contributes to a unique aesthetic and emotional experience. This project perfectly embodies our vision, blending different materials into a refined balance. In close harmony with the Zanellato\/Bortotto studio, we complemented our classic resins\u2014known for their clean, essential lines\u2014with more textured and natural finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the entrance and hallway, for example, we chose resins with bold shades and pop nuances, while for the walls we introduced Speziati, our latest innovation: a paint made with hemp and lime, colored exclusively with natural pigments derived from powdered spices, flowers, and vegetables. In the bathroom, we opted for an even more authentic and organic solution: a mixture where water-based resin is combined with volcanic powder from Mount Etna, creating a deeply textured surface and a unique tone that enhances the material\u2019s natural essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We expect this project to help consolidate our brand\u2019s visibility by placing it within a high-value, long-lasting context. It also represents an opportunity to further promote the path the company has taken\u2014skillfully blending tradition and innovation in the choice and treatment of materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What was it like working with the studio, and in what aspects of their work and language do you see yourselves?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

From our very first meeting with Zanellato\/Bortotto, we felt a strong synergy. Their search for materials with defined colors, enriched by new bio characteristics and emotional aesthetic effects, perfectly aligned with our vision. Partecipare alla realizzazione di una vera casa \u00e8 per noi un'opportunit\u00e0 stimolante perch\u00e9 crediamo che i materiali debbano essere valorizzati all\u2019interno di un ambiente caldo e accogliente. Solo in un contesto abitativo reale, infatti, i clienti possono apprezzare appieno le qualit\u00e0 tecniche, estetiche e tattili dei nostri prodotti. Inoltre, questa esperienza ci permette di dimostrare concretamente la durabilit\u00e0 e l\u2019affidabilit\u00e0 delle nostre soluzioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come \u00e8 cambiato per l\u2019azienda il concetto di abitare contemporaneo e quali sono gli elementi alla base dei nuovi prodotti<\/span>?<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In passato, materiali come i nostri venivano scelti principalmente per valorizzare pavimenti e pareti con estetiche decorative. Oggi, invece, questi elementi sono diventati parte integrante del progetto d\u2019interni, contribuendo all\u2019atmosfera e al design complessivo degli spazi. Per questo motivo, assistiamo a una crescente richiesta di colori intensi che \u2018vestono\u2019 le pareti e di finiture materiche capaci di aggiungere profondit\u00e0 e carattere agli ambienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parallelamente, cresce l\u2019interesse per materiali il pi\u00f9 naturali possibile, sia nella composizione che nelle tonalit\u00e0. La nostra azienda \u00e8 costantemente impegnata nella ricerca di soluzioni innovative che rispondano a questa esigenza, privilegiando pigmentazioni autentiche derivate da elementi naturali come spezie, fiori e ortaggi. Un esempio concreto di questo approccio \u00e8 la nostra nuova pittura \u2018Speziati\u2019, realizzata con colorazioni naturali provenienti proprio dal mondo delle spezie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quali sono i valori del marchio che ritrovi rappresentati nel progetto?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Il nostro marchio si distingue per l\u2019attenzione ai dettagli e la capacit\u00e0 di integrarsi con eleganza nei progetti di design, dove ogni elemento contribuisce a creare un\u2019esperienza estetica ed emozionale unica. Questo progetto incarna perfettamente la nostra visione, fondendo materiali diversi in un equilibrio raffinato. In pieno accordo e sintonia con lo studio Zanellato\/Borbotto, abbiamo affiancato alle nostre resine classiche, caratterizzate da linee essenziali e pulite, finiture pi\u00f9 materiche e naturali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per l\u2019ingresso e il corridoio, ad esempio, abbiamo scelto resine dalle cromie decise con sfumature pop, mentre per le pareti abbiamo introdotto \u2018Speziati\u2019, la nostra ultima innovazione: una pittura a base di canapa e calce, colorata esclusivamente con pigmentazioni naturali ricavate da spezie, fiori e ortaggi in polvere. Nel bagno, invece, abbiamo optato per una soluzione ancora pi\u00f9 autentica e organica: un impasto in cui la resina a base acqua si unisce alla polvere vulcanica dell\u2019Etna, creando una texture profondamente materica e una tonalit\u00e0 unica, capace di esaltare l\u2019essenza naturale del materiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ci aspettiamo che questo progetto contribuisca a consolidare la nostra visibilit\u00e0, grazie all\u2019inserimento in un contesto di alto valore destinato a durare nel tempo. Inoltre, rappresenta un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 per far apprezzare ancora di pi\u00f9 la direzione intrapresa dall\u2019azienda, che unisce sapientemente tradizione e innovazione nella scelta e nella lavorazione dei materiali.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com\u2019\u00e8 stato lavorare con lo studio e quali sono gli aspetti e il linguaggio in cui vi riconoscete?<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Fin dal primo incontro con lo studio Zanellato \/ Bortotto si \u00e8 creata una forte sintonia.
