The system features the SOXAI RING 1<\/strong>, a smart ring that continuously tracks heart rate, stress levels, and sleep quality. Based on the data collected, it automatically activates a sequence of sound and light stimuli<\/strong> to guide the user into and out of a controlled rest cycle. Integrated headphones<\/strong> play sound frequencies tailored to the user\u2019s current state, while adaptive lighting<\/strong> adjusts warm or cool tones to match different sleep phases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by the traditional Japanese Yogi<\/em> night robe, the garment includes modular components<\/strong> such as a removable hood, inflatable neck pillow, and lightweight Photon\u00ae padding, with adjustable compression.
