Inside and outside the Brera showroom, we present: “Be Human” _ MANERBA’s new vision for workplaces and hospitality.
Sharing – Vitality – Color – Nature – Physical and Mental Well-being—these are the values that shape new ways of living and working, as described in the project by our new art director Ilaria Marelli. These values enhance the concept of a gentle total office: inclusive, attentive both to a personal well-being and to restore the dimension of collaboration.
The artistic direction of Manerba has been entrusted to architect and designer Ilaria Marelli, who aims to work from the concept – Be Human.
The idea is to bring a strong, physical, and truthful perception into the work environment, a lived space full of emotions.
This is why Ilaria for the Manerba furniture shooting chose the school as an embryo of training, a place symbolic of everyday life, where the extraordinary opportunity to communicate beauty, history and values is gathered.
Manerba wants to talk about the office as a place of humanity, an environment where a community is formed, where furniture helps people work well, encouraging meeting, respect, and closeness.
For Manerba, it is important to experience the office through the senses, starting from the details, from the care of the particulars, and leaving space for the identity of the people, which is also humanity and diversity.
Architect Ilaria Marelli says: “For me, Be Human means bringing ‘Humanity’ into the workplace: a concept that encompasses hospitality and warmth, typically feminine values that are in the DNA of Manerba, a company whose workforce is 80% women. Manerba’s hospitality is made of color, ’roundness,’ and thoughtful details, as if you were welcoming someone into your home for a moment of sharing.”
