An interactive installation of music, light and poetry. At the centre, a giant sphere made of exclusive JUNG light switches, with reflections inside and surrounded by sound and touch.
The Ippolito Fleitz Group team abstracted the JUNG product world to make aspects tangible that can’t be conveyed with words: individuality, participation, and identification with places. ATMOSPHERE immersed visitors in a space where poetry, music, and light told a story of diversity and individuality.
JUNG technology merged with an artistic vision. It was an invitation to immerse oneself in a world where technology, design, and emotion came together. Atmospherically staged with individually designed switches from the new collection JUNG UNIQUE x Ippolito Fleitz Group, presented in Milan for the first time. ATMOSPHERE stood for common individuality.
The sphere became a place of encounter, where technology was an object of perception and a starting point for an innovative approach to space. JUNG products and their intelligent functions made a significant contribution to spatial experience in buildings, while retaining the appearance of classic switches and sockets. ATMOSPHERE celebrated progress through technology. The sphere was the perfect symbol for the cycle. As a manufacturer, JUNG is aware of its responsibility towards the environment.
ATMOSPHERE’s components were conceived with the idea of the cycle in mind. The installation is modular and will later travel to a JUNG showroom in Paris or London. The choice of materials was minimal, easy to transport, and as resource-efficient as possible. ATMOSPHERE stood for responsibility.
